[TheList] Frequency Lists

Hi folks.

Why do any transmit frequencies need to be listed anyway? If people are 
supposed to have access to these systems, they'll have the frequencies 
already, or know who to contact to get them. Having them on the wiki 
just encourages the riffraff to try and see if they can trigger the 
repeaters, thus p*ssing off the legitimate users.

Receive frequencies are fine, but really, do we need tx? The wiki was 
designed for scanners, not txers.
