If it is an old IHUG dish then it would be ideal to use for checking out
some of the other satellites, but the IPStar ones radiate a bit of RF that
could be harmful if you were directly in front of it.

  You mean the IP Star satellite dish? Don't touch that (and avoid 
walking in front of it).

If it was a 5+ year old iHug dish it could be utilised for other 
purposes, but don't touch your IP Star dish.
