[TheList] Tv aerials

I live in a village in West Auckland that has 4 (maybe 6) communal tv
aerials. It seems that the aerials are getting a bit old and tired and are
in need of replacement, but we're not sure who to ask about this.

Can anyone recommend somebody out west who knows what they're talking about
and could come out and test the aerials to see what sort of signal they're
pulling in, and give us some advice about what we could do to improve things ?
