For what it's worth, a licence search reveals the following frequencies 
worth checking:

151.3875 MHz Hawera Repeater

463.03125 MHz Pike Stream Amenities Repeater

463.96875 MHz Big River Coal Preperation Area Repeater

466.71875 MHz Big River Coal Preperation Area Simplex.

Media armed with a scanner in the area on this list, if you haven't 
already tried, give those a go.
