I have been an SO for the past 8.5 years.  Am with Station 47 - Foxton, down
the road.

Yes,
I'm well aware of the Fire Service Rank system, Shaun.
Anyone here remember the DO (Divisional Officer) rank of the 90's?, one step
"above" an Operational Senior Station Officer.
It was only used in Paid Brigades, it died a death.

Shaun, you must almost be coming up for SO rank, I can't remember which
brigade you're from, is it Station 42?
