[TheList] PDW and Decoding

Adjust the volumes of both the scanner and/or computer input.
Do it by trial and error, but the decoding is very volume sensitive.

Have a listen to what the sound output from the scanner is like, is it clear?
Make sure your reception is good if it's not.

In Auckland we use 157.950, don't know if trying that would help.

Doesn't sound like it's anything to do with Win 7 though.
