[TheList] New Alinco Scanner

This came across my desk today, Alincos new flagship scanner the DJ-X11.

This one is packing a few features I haven't seen on a handheld yet,
specifically a discriminator tap as standard AND an I/Q tap for SDR
monitoring of digital networks etc.

Might have to dig up my Tokyo contact and get the local price :-)
