I would guess that a unit wouldn't even know if an analog signal was
interfering with a p25 transmission other than no being able to "connect".
Pure speculation though.

The interference this week was an LPFM station.

Intermod involving other stations as well is still a remote possibility.

Given how hard it is to solve these problems with analogue systems just
think 
how bad it will be with APCO P25.
