[TheList] TRANS410?

Hi there guys,
With a callsign like this, this appliance is obviously a Relief appliance being used as a front-line response appliance.
However, I checked out the site of 111 Emergency, run by that good guy Derek and there is no mention of TRANS 410.
Anyone have any idea what this appliance is or where it is being used?
