[TheList] P25 in NZ encrypted yet?

Wellington Christchurch are working P25 and Auckland is
rolling out now.
The ESB channels are on test...we have had the UHF channels
working in limited
use..

Most of our police are carrying the new RT's so should be
all over for us by the
years end...
