[TheList] Who is this?

Re 142.175 MHz

Cracked it.. left a recorder on the freq for the day.

Its RNZN Naval base at Devonport - Main gate working security guards etc. Also heard "ICOM Tech" testing radios and discussing checking for dead spots so maybe a new channel?

They also use 142.075 which is "channel 3". Not sure what channel number this is, or what their other channels are.
A mission for all those ex police monitors perhaps :-)

definitely getting p25 data bursts on that freq in the west Andy, or it
could be that i'm too close to a p25 transmitter, jeremy.
