Richard bet me to it :-) Yes the anzac comms decoder is the one I use 
and it's very simple to use (lay it on the desk next to the scanner so 
the built in microphone can listen with you) and it just works.

The only bit that's tricky is keeping up with which code is assigned to 
which vehicle - they do seem to change a bit, especially the spare 
appliances ...
