Hi,
 Auckland Hospital Heliport is known as NZJL.
 From the ATC side of things, you can read up on it here if you want -

 Basically, from my understanding, being uncontrolled, to land there a
helicopter doesn't need a clearance (although it is only available for Air
Ambulance use).
 As such, although they don't need a clearance, they do still need to
broadcast their intentions, which according to that PDF, they would do on
120.4, City Traffic.
 For the communication about the status of the patient, etc. I have no idea
sorry.
