Hi Ray.

Not sure if even our experts could decode apc25 encryption.
Perhaps a digital receiver combined with a Cray supercomputer and many hours
of programming may get you close but that is likely all thwarted by the 
"over the air rekeying".

Now what did we all do before scanners came along?

What would be the best radio  to buy to listen to the police.

I read into it they are going use APCO 25 or so.

I suppose we are restricted to trunking Unidens.

I would need a portable versions for me.

Who is the NZ expert in the group.
