My thoughts on the stickers are so the officials etc know it’s the official
rally safety/police car , so Joe police don’t rock up to be nosy

the question I have is, why would a Police Car complete with Policeman
dedicated to the Rally and have stickers on the car, why would the policeman
need a stab vest on???
