[TheList] 406 EPIRB beacons

I believe the 406 stuff is on LEO satellites (Low earth orbit) My sat phone
(iridium) is also on the LEO and that is very average at best I usually get
about 5 minutes talk then it drops out..........and when it comes to valleys
...forget it.
