In the old days 488.150 the AOS freq was easy to listen to Black, Green, 
Red, Blue were the codes for the relevant sides of the house or building 
they talked about and good old Zero Alpha was the boss. Then they 
encrypted it but you could still DF the white noise and find 
them.....That seriously P*&%ssed them off accusing me of having one of 
their portables once! Dimwit I must say.
Then about 5 years ago it all stopped. No Hiss gurgle or anything. Full 
digital encryption at 128 bit. With a new key sent every few minutes 
sigh. So no more D Fing.
