How to waste money. Ridiculous.

Leasing is for saving tax, for flexibility to change models, and high 
flying companies, and people living above their means.
Why do they lease?

Hopefully the ones left are owned by the Department.

You have to support reasonable cost savings in a depression, so good on 
them.

Was it $160m for new radios?
